TSQHA's Annual Membership Meeting is typically held in November. This is the meeting at which board nominations and elections take place. All members in good standing are eligible to vote.
The meeting agenda includes a year-end financial report, board election results, discussion of the upcoming season, and any member proposals submitted in advance.
