About Tonya Stenger, of Ashtabula, Ohio, is a lifelong horsewoman with a deep-rooted passion for the Quarter Horse industry and a commitment to giving back. Since joining TSQHA in 2019, she has served in multiple leadership roles and now continues her impact as President.
Outside of the arena, Tonya is a Director of Pharmacy, bringing the same compassion and dedication to both her profession and the horse community. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels they belong and can thrive.

About Jeff Hess, of Butler, PA, is a lifelong horseman whose passion for Quarter Horses began at age 12. A dedicated member of TSQHA since the 1970s, he has served as a Youth Advisor and now as Vice President, supporting exhibitors of all ages.
Jeff is committed to creating a welcoming environment where people can enjoy their horses, connect with others, and have fun doing what they love — keeping exhibitors coming back year after year.

About Points Secretary & Banquet & Awards Committee Chair

Kelli Hardy, of Girard, PA, has been part of the Quarter Horse industry since childhood, growing from a Small Fry rider into a dedicated exhibitor and leader. With over 20 years in TSQHA, she now serves as Secretary, Points Secretary, and Chair of the Banquet & Awards Committee.
Passionate about creating a positive exhibitor experience, Kelli is committed to ensuring every member feels valued and supported. Outside of the arena, she is a teacher and administrator, bringing strong leadership and organization to everything she does.

About Walter Parish, of Chippewa, PA, is a lifelong horseman whose passion for Quarter Horses was shaped by family and strengthened through years in the industry. A dedicated member of TSQHA, he now serves as Treasurer, supporting the association behind the scenes.
Walter values the connection horses create — especially the time spent showing alongside his daughter. He is committed to helping TSQHA remain a welcoming, family-oriented community where exhibitors can enjoy the experience and feel they belong.

About Madi Heilveil is a dedicated leader within TSQHA, whose journey began as the 2024 TSQHA Queen and grew into serving as the 2025 Congress Queen at the All American Quarter Horse Congress. Through these roles, she developed a strong passion for leadership, service, and representing the industry with integrity.
Now serving as a TSQHA Director and Queen Committee Chair, Madi is committed to mentoring and inspiring the next generation. She strives to create a supportive environment where future queens can grow into confident, kind, and impactful leaders.

About Nicole Kanary, of New Castle, PA, is a lifelong horsewoman whose journey in the Quarter Horse industry began in leadline and grew through 4-H, AQHA, and collegiate competition at the University of Findlay. Her passion is rooted in the versatility of the breed and the life skills gained through showing.
Now a pharmacy resident in Florida and a TSQHA Board Member, Nicole remains dedicated to supporting the association and its exhibitors. She is passionate about encouraging involvement, believing that growth, opportunity, and community are built through those who show up and give back.

About Jim Chafin, of New Middletown, OH, has built his life around horses, hard work, and helping others succeed. Growing up with C Bar C Quarter Horses, he learned the values of discipline, trust, and partnership that continue to guide him today.
Owner of Chafin Performance Horses and a TSQHA Board Member, Jim is passionate about developing both horses and riders, sharing his knowledge, and creating a welcoming environment where exhibitors feel valued and supported. For him, the true reward is the journey, the partnerships, and lifting others along the way.

About Amy Miller, of Upper Middletown, PA, is a lifelong horsewoman whose passion for Quarter Horses began after experiencing their versatility at the All American Quarter Horse Congress. As a trainer with KMH Performance Horses and head coach of the WVU English Equestrian Team, she develops both horses and riders, helping them grow and succeed.
A longtime TSQHA supporter and Board Member, Amy is committed to creating a welcoming, fun, and competitive environment where exhibitors feel part of the family and inspired to chase their goals.

About Shanae Hardy, originally from Arizona, is a lifelong horsewoman whose passion for Quarter Horses grew from family roots and a love for the lifestyle they inspire. Owner of Premier Equestrian Marketing and TSQHA Board Member serving as Social Media & Marketing Chair, Shanae helps promote the association and support its exhibitors.
For her, TSQHA is about community, connection, and opportunity — a place where riders of all levels feel welcomed, inspired, and part of the family.
