Become a TSQHA Member
TSQHA membership opens the door to shows, points, year-end awards, and a community of Quarter Horse enthusiasts across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio.
Membership runs January 1–December 31. Join prior to showing at the first horse show to ensure your points count towards year end awards.
Member Benefits
- Year-End Awards — Earn points at every show and compete for awards at the annual banquet.
- Voting Rights — Have a voice in association decisions and leadership.
- Support Local AQHA Shows — Your membership funds AQHA-affiliated shows across PA, WV, and OH.
- TSQHYA & Congress Youth Team — Youth members are eligible to compete as part of the TSQHYA program and represent the region at the All-American Quarter Horse Congress Youth Team competition.
Youth Members
Youth must hold either an Individual or Family membership to be eligible for the TSQHYA program and Congress Youth Team. A separate $5 Youth form is also required.

Member Points Status
How It Works
- Join TSQHA
Join by March 31 for retroactive points from January 1. After March 31, points count from your membership date.
- Nominate Your Horse
Submit the combined Membership & Nomination form before your first show. Fee: $30 first division, $10 each additional.
- Compete & Earn
Points accumulate at TSQHA-approved shows. Ties broken by most shows attended.
Earn points toward year-end awards & recognition
Points are awarded in Youth, Amateur, and Open divisions at every TSQHA-approved show. The top earners are celebrated at our annual awards banquet, typically held each February.
